To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly share the following recommendations:
- We offer a 10-minute grace period from the time of your reservation. After that, the table may be released for other guests. We encourage you to consider Mexico City’s traffic and current weather conditions.
- Please note that we do not offer valet parking service.
- If you are celebrating a special occasion or have any food allergies, please let us know — we’ll be happy to take it into account.
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us by phone(+52 55 5533 7804) or WhatsApp (+52 55 3931 4702), at least 24 hours in advance.
- For reservations of 5 to 12 guests, a deposit of $700 MXN per person is required to guarantee the table. This deposit will be applied toward the total bill at the end of your visit. In the event of a cancellation or modification made at least 5 hours in advance, the deposit is refundable. If the cancellation is made outside of this timeframe, in case of a no-show, or if any member of the party does not attend, the corresponding deposit will not be refunded. We do not have a minimum consumption policy.
- Tables are assigned based on availability at the time of your arrival. We are unable to guarantee specific seating requests in advance.
- If you wish to join us earlier than your scheduled time, you are welcome to visit our bar, Salón Rosetta, located on the upper floor of the restaurant.
