To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly share the following recommendations:
- We offer a 10-minute grace period from the time of your reservation. After that, the table may be released for other guests. We encourage you to consider Mexico City’s traffic and current weather conditions.
- Please note that we do not offer valet parking service.
- If you are celebrating a special occasion or have any food allergies, please let us know — we’ll be happy to take it into account.
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please contact us by phone(+52 55 5533 7804) or WhatsApp (+52 55 3931 4702), at least 24 hours in advance.
- For parties of 5 or more, a credit card will be required to secure the reservation. The card will only be charged in the event of a no-show or if fewer guests attend than originally booked. The fee is MXN 700 per absent guest. However, you may make changes or cancellations free of charge up to 5 hours before your reservation time.
- Tables are assigned based on availability at the time of your arrival. We are unable to guarantee specific seating requests in advance.
- If you wish to join us earlier than your scheduled time, you are welcome to visit our bar, Salón Rosetta, located on the upper floor of the restaurant.
